Debra Woods, CFE

Debra Woods, CFE, is a professional businesswoman with 20+ years’ experience in accounting, purchasing and operational leadership. Debra began her Accounting career in the accounting department of Places Travel, one of Louisville largest travel agencies. As the daughter of a successful entrepreneur, she has always understood the dollars and “sense” of business. In her 20+ years in business, she has learned the ins and outs and pitfalls of the accounting cycle, through experience in receiving, purchasing, and sales before completing the circle again in accounting and operations management.

Debra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Accounting as well as an Associate’s degree in Travel and Marketing. She maintains her Fraud Examiners’ Certification with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She has a passion for helping small businesses improve their financial position through all types of asset protection; from cost containment and contract negotiation to process improvement and fraud prevention. Debra believes her well-rounded experience is what sets her apart from competitors in their ability to help the small business owners cover their assets.

As a Certified Fraud Examiner, Debra realized she could help many small businesses. Small business owners are happy to partner with her because she finds problems that they want uncovered. Shannon Hampshire

Shannon Hampshire has 19 years of experience in the accounting field. She has worked in public accounting, corporate accounting and small business accounting. Her experience ranges from auditing and financial reporting to completing the monthly accounting cycle and reconciliations as well as preparing payroll and executing business administration, including employee benefits. Her current passion is allowing small business owners to focus on their area of expertise while she takes care of their accounting and payroll needs. Shannon graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgetown College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Business Administration.
